We will repair or replace any item damaged in transit. (Exception: We are unable to guarantee any glassware contained in your order...UPS will refuse to guarantee glass, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for broken glass of any kind.)
1. Hold all broken items and all packaging for 10 business days. UPS may contact you for an inspection.
2. Contact us by phone or email within one business day for a replacement. We will need your name and purchase number.
