Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

 

US Orders

 

At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping option.  Choose between UPS ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, or next day air. HomebrewProShoppe.com communicates with the UPS server for your package weight, returns the prices for the shipping options and lets you choose. Orders placed by 3:00 PM CST will leave the same business day pending credit card approval. You will receive a shipping confirmation from UPS with a tracking number link. For COD, Saturday delivery or other special shipping arrangements, please contact us. 

 

APO/FPO Orders

We will ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders placed by 3:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day. Choose APO/FPO Shipping option at checkout. Currently, USPS cannot track APO/FPO packages.

 

 
International Orders

We will ship to international locations via UPS Worldwide Services. Your local government may charge you a duty tax when your package arrives. HomebrewProShoppe.com goes to the UPS server with your package weight and returns the prices for the shipping options. Orders placed by 3:00 PM CST will leave the same business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation from UPS with a tracking number link.

  

Returns:

Damages

We will repair or replace any item damaged in transit. (Exception: We are unable to guarantee any glassware contained in your order...UPS & FEDEX refuse to guarantee glass, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for broken glass of any kind.)

1. Hold all broken items and all packaging for 10 business days. UPS or FEDEX may contact you for an inspection.

2. Contact us by phone or email within one business day for a replacement. We will need your name and purchase number.

 

Money Back Guarantee

Unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping.  (Exception: We are unable to guarantee any glassware contained in your order...UPS & FEDEX refuse to guarantee glass, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for broken glass of any kind.)

1. Contact us with your name and Order Number. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Write your RMA number on your shipping label.

3. Send to our address:   Homebrew Pro Shoppe, Inc.

We cannot accept returns without a RMA number. Special order returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Many manufacturers offer warrantees beyond our money back guarantee. For warrantee information on our homebrew supplies and winemaking supplies please contact the manufacturer or us.
