HPS - Trappist Ale Recipe Kit A Belgian beer medium hopped with a spicy plum finish and slightly higher alcohol (6%). Use White Labs Trappist WLP500 or Abbey Ale WLP530 yeast for an authentic spicy, fruity plum finish, true to traditional Trappists. This Trappist Ale recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.
