HPS - Scottish Wee Heavy Ale Recipe Kit a full bodied, lightly hopped ale with smooth caramel notes.  Very unique toasty, biscuity, bread baking and nutty malt finish.  A bit more ABV than your standard Schilling.  Hence, Wee Heavy.  Use White Labs Edinburgh Ale WLP028 yeast for a true to style Scottish ale character.  This recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.
