Use White Labs WLP004 Irish Ale yeast for an incredible taste.

9.0 lb. Muntons Plain Light DME

                     .5 lb. Crushed Briess Caramel 20L Malt

                     .5 lb. Crushed Briess Caramel 40L Malt

                     .5 lb. Crushed Victory Malt

                         1 ea. Small grain Steeping Bag

                         2 oz. Centennial Hops (bittering)

                         1 oz. Cascade Hops (finishing)

                         1 oz. Cascade Hops (Dry hop)

                       2 pk. Muntons Ale Yeast

                            5 oz. Priming Sugar  

                       1 ea. Set of Instructions
