HPS - Kansas City Wheat Recipe Kit An American wheat beer, modelled from a famous Kansas City brewery. Slightly more hoppy than traditional German wheat beer. Use White Labs American Hefeweizen WLP320 yeast for a hint of clove. You can serve with a slice of lemon to accentuate a citrus finish, or add fruit flavoring at bottling for an optional Raspberry, Cherry, etc...wheat beer. This recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.
