HPS - KC Chocolate Ale Recipe Kit  Modeled after a famous Kansas City Chocolate Ale that's rich and malty with a touch of honey, oats and wheat.  Malt & Chocolate balance--very smooth with a great creamy texture.  Use White Labs Pacific Ale WLP041 yeast to bring out the wonderful blend of malt characteristics.  This recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.
