Use White Labs German Lager WLP830 yeast for a smooth malty finish. This DoppelBock recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.

1.0 lb. Muntons Amber DME
12 oz. Crushed Dingemans Aromatic Malt
1 ea. Grain steeping bag (Small)
1 oz. Pearl Hops (Bittering ) @ 60 minutes
1 oz. Hersbruker Hallertau Hops (Finishing) @ 55 minutes
1 Pk. Muntons Ale Yeast
