Use White Labs British Ale WLP 005 yeast for a smoother finish. This recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.

3.3 Lb. Briess Sparkling Amber LME

 

     2 lb. Muntons Plain Dark DME    

 

   8 oz. Hershey Cocoa      

 

   8 oz. Crushed Muntons Chocolate Malt                          

 

   1 ea. Grain steeping bag (Small)

 

   1 oz. Perle Hops (Bittering ) @ 60 minutes    

 

   1 oz. Cascade Hops (Finishing) @ 55 minutes

 

   1 Pk. Muntons Ale Yeast

 

   5 oz.   Priming sugar
