HPS - Belgian Wit Beer Recipe Kit A Belgian wheat beer lightly hopped with a hint of orange. Cloudy by style, it is light and refreshing. Use White Labs Belgian Wit WLP400 yeast for a slight phenolic tart finish. Serve with a slice of lemon to accentuate the citrus finish. This Belgian Wit recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.
