HPS - Belgian Winterfest Recipe Kit A Belgian Abbey with a seasonal flair. This beer is well hopped with a hint of citrus and cinnamon. Great anytime, but fabulous during the Holidays. Use White Labs Belgian Abbey WLP530 yeast for a tremendous malt finish. This Winterfest recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.

2.0 lb.  Clover Honey


  8 oz.  Crushed Briess Caramel 120 Malt


  4 oz.  Crushed Muntons Black Malt


  1 ea.  Grain steeping bag (Small)


  1 pk.  Bitter Orange Peel & 1 Pack of Cinnamon stixs


  1 oz.  Chinook Hops (Bittering) @ 60 minutes  


  1 oz. Cascade Hops (Finishing) @ 5 minutes  


  1 Pk. Lallamande Abbaye Yeast


  5 oz. Priming sugar
