HPS - American Amber Ale Recipe Kit A smooth, medium bodied caramel flavored ale with slight floral and citrus notes. Modeled after Fat Tire, use White Labs East Coast Ale WLP008 yeast for a smoother more authentic flavor. This recipe kit includes all ingredients needed to make five gallons of beer.

 2.0 lb Muntons Plain Amber DME                  

  8 oz. Crushed Briess Caramel 20 Malt                  

  1 oz. Willamette Hops (Bittering ) @ 60 minutes        

  1 oz. Cascade Hops (Finishing) @ 55 minutes

  1 oz. Simcoe Hops (Dry Hop 5 days)  

  1 ea. Grain steeping bag (Small)

  1 Pk  Muntons Ale Yeast

  5 oz. Priming sugar
